How to accurately Measure your Ring Size
Please note: It is best recommended to consult a jeweler to get sized.
Method A
Visit your local Jeweler
The most accurate way to find out your ring size is to a local jeweler or jewelry store. Even if you don’t buy from them, many jewelers will measure your finger for free.
Method B
Ring Size Measuring Tool
- Buy a ring sizer measuring tool online (Amazon, Wish, Aliexpress, etc.) or at a local retail store; preferably US dimensions.
- Use the ring size measurer on your desired finger. It should just fit like a ring.
- If you are exactly in between two sizes, it is always best to round up rather than down.
Method C
Ring Sizer App
- Search and Download: Head to your smartphone’s app store and search for “Ring Sizer”. Numerous options will pop up; choose one with good reviews.
- Follow the On-Screen Instructions: These apps are usually quite user-friendly.
- Note Down Your Size: Once you’ve determined your size, keep it handy. It’ll make your online ring shopping experience much smoother.
Method D
Compare to an existing Ring
- Print our Ring Size Chart at 100% scale.
- Ensure with a rulter that the black bar is 10 cm resp. 5 inches.
- Place the ring on top of each sizing circle until you find the match. The matching circle should fit perfectly inside the ring. The circle should still be slightly visible.
There are also other methods to measure your ring size (e.g. measuring with a paper strip). However, from our experience, we consider the methods listed above the most accurate ones.
