Fulfillment Time
After confirmation of payment the processing time takes up to 2 business days. Each order is processed by our team and goes through a brief quality control inspection. During sale periods and during the holidays, processing time may take between 2-4 business days before shipping.
Shipping
The average standard shipping time is as followed:
- Switzerland: 2 – 3 business days
- Europe: 2 – 5 business days
- North America: 4 – 7 business days
- Oceania: 4 – 10 business days
- Rest of the world: 8 – 15 business days
Please make sure to provide a local phone number during checkout in case your national carrier contacts you about delivery.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping worldwide via our office in Switzerland on Orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a $4.99 flat-rate shipping fee.
Customs, Taxes and Duties
Customs taxes, duties, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer to be paid (incl. giveaways). We do not cover any additional charges or costs for the final delivery of the package to your destination or country. If a package is returned due to refusal of customs fees and taxes paid, a refund will not be applicable.
Delayed or lost Package
Please note we will not be held responsible for delays in packages that may occur due to weather, incorrect address information or carrier-related issues which are out of our control. In the event a package has been lost, missing or cannot confirm delivery with tracking we will process a reshipment of the order. Packages that show a confirmed delivery from the carrier will be subject to investigation and not eligible for a refund until resolved. Should your package not show up, or arrive damaged, please contact us via our contact form with your order number.
