Order Changes/Issues

To cancel an order, please use our contact form before the item has been fulfilled and shipped. Unfortunately, orders that have already been fulfilled and shipped cannot be canceled.

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order already processed. However, if the order has not been shipped we can cancel and refund the order, so you are able to place a new order with the correct items. Please use our contact form and to request an item change.

Unfortunately, we cannot make address changes to an order already fulfilled and shipped. However, if the order has not been shipped we can attempt to make that change. Please use our contact form and include the correct address in your message.

There are several reasons an order can be canceled and refunded. If our system detects there is inaccurate information regarding the order, we will reach out via email to confirm these details. If there is no successful response from the customer after 2 business days, we will move forward and deem the order canceled.

First, we suggest checking your spam or junk folder to see if the email is there. If you still cannot confirm your order details, please use our contact form and include the email address used to place the order along with your first and last name..

Product Inquiries

We have an ‘Email When Available’ option that will pop up when selecting a sold-out item and size. You can enter your email address there if you would like to receive a notification when new inventory is added to the website.

Our warranty policy is available for review on our website. Please contact us via our contact form to request a refund and include a photo or video showing the issue with your item and your order number. We will review the submission against our warranty policy and respond back with a possible resolution if applicable.

Our accessories are made from stainless steel, grade 304.

Ring Sizing

Check out our sizing guide.

Unfortunately, the sizes currently listed on our website are the ones available for that item. We do strive to meet all customer requirements and as demand grows we will offer more sizes. Please let us know via our contact form if your size is not available.

Unfortunately, we do not offer half sizes. If you are exactly inbetween two sizes, it is always best to round up rather than down.

Returns and Exchanges

Please visit our Return Policty section.

We aim to inspect and process all returns and exchanges within 2-4 business days of arriving.

Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days of the product being inspected and approved at our office.

To begin a return for refund or exchange please send us a message on cryptorings.io/contact with your order number and request. If you are wanting to exchange your accessory for a new size, you will be charged shipping. Once the returned ring has arrived and shipping has been paid we will send your new size ring immediately.

Trademarks and more

We expect that sooner or later there will be clowns who will copy our rings, our designs. We take this as a compliment, as it means that there is a great demand for our designs. Nevertheless, please take into account whether you want to wear a copy, and thus save a few dollars, or if you want to own an original Crypto Ring, at a very fair price. The question is similar: Do you prefer to own an original rare NFT or one of the many derivatives?

The Bitcoin logo is free to use for both commercial and non-commercial use. Other products of Crypto Rings incorporate trademarks as a work of art and are an original result of a creative design process that is not aimed at damaging the trademark or the trademark owner. The Benelux Court of Justice ruled that ‘artistic freedom, as an aspect of the artist’s right to freedom of expression’ may constitute ‘due cause’ for the use of the trademark, within the meaning of the relevant legal provision (Article 2.20 (2)(d) Benelux Convention on Intellectual Property, ‘BCIP’).
